In fact, some of our caregivers are active seniors themselves! Whatever your age, you can develop long-term, satisfying relationships with our clients. In doing so you give them the dignity and independence to remain at home. 


We assist older adults in many ways. Our homemaker services include meal planning and preparation, laundry, light housekeeping and driving clients to appointments. Caregivers able to provide personal care may also help with dressing, grooming, bathing and other personal needs. To learn more about the care we offer check out OUR SERVICES.

Our Hiring Process


We are seeking caregivers who are warm, caring and love working with seniors. Your experience can be professional and/or personal, such as caring for a family member. Most of our clients live in the South Bay and shifts vary in length from 4-12 hours. 

What we look for:

  • A desire to help others

  • Patience, empathy, and compassion

  • Honest, trustworthy and reliable

  • Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing English

  • A valid driver’s license and good driving record

  • A reliable car with up-to-date insurance 

  • Excellent references

  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening

  • Must register as a home care aide with the state (or be registered already)

We cannot hire you if have a criminal record, a recent history of drug or alcohol abuse, or carry a communicable disease such as tuberculosis. Prior to hiring caregivers, we require TB health certificates and we run thorough background checks.
