Schedule Options
Client needs vary, so Davis In-Home Care offers many schedule options. Need hourly care? 24/7? Temporary care? We offer these and other options.
In 2025, we celebrate our 15-year anniversary. Over the years, we’ve learned how to work with clients to identify the ideal schedule for each individual. We’re also expert at changing schedules as care needs increase or decrease. Whatever your care needs, we probably can suggest a perfect schedule for them.
Hourly Care
Hourly care provides seniors with flexible, personalized support tailored to their needs. We help people with homemaker services, personal care, and companionship for fun activities. This option ensures your loved one receives the care they need, when they need it, while maintaining independence in the comfort of their home.
Respite Care
Constant caregiving is stressful! Many spouses and children sacrifice their own health and needs caring for a loved one. We can help. Our respite care reduces the burden on family caregivers. We give them a break to deal with their own needs, or just relax, free from worry. Whether it’s a few hours a week, or a few weeks when someone is away for travel, we’re happy to care for a loved one to give family caregivers a break.
24/7 Continuous Care
Sometimes there’s no substitute for round-the-clock care. It’s the best care option to keep someone safe and comfortable day and night. We typically do it with two caregivers per day, so our caregivers are awake and alert at all times. If mom or dad needs help, our caregivers are ready, day or night.
Over-Night Care
Davis In-Home Care provides 12-hour night shifts for older adults who need monitoring or assistance at night. Perhaps it’s to help someone safely use the bathroom. Maybe it’s necessary to supervise someone with dementia who gets up or wanders. Or maybe the purpose of overnight care is to give a family caregiver a break. Whatever the reason, our overnight caregivers will be awake and alert so others can sleep soundly.
Temporary Care
Temporary care is a great option for someone transitioning home after surgery or having an out-patient procedure. We’re expert at flexible scheduling. We’ll start with whatever level of care you think you’ll need. Then reduce hours as your condition improves until we can end service completely.
Transition-of-Care Back Home
Are you worried about who will care for you upon discharge from the hospital or skilled nursing facility? Or how you’ll get home? We can help! We can assist during your discharge and provide ambulatory transportation home. Our professional caregivers will help you with the homemaker services or personal care you need to get comfortably settled. Call us to find out how we can help you safely transition back home.
